Common use of Building Manager Clause in Contracts

Building Manager. ① The Lessor may designate any third party who is a specialized caretaker company as a building manager for the purpose of properly managing the premises.

(2) The building manager described in the foregoing paragraph shall act as a managing agent for the Lessor and have the same rights and obligations as those of the Lessor.
