Common use of Building Location Clause in Contracts

Building Location. The Owner agrees and acknowledges that the location of the proposed single detached dwellings shall be generally located within the building envelopes as shown on the Plan to the satisfaction of the Municipality. The Owner also acknowledges and agrees that development of the proposed single detached dwellings will comply with the regulations of the Zoning By-law.
