Common use of BUILDING LEASES Clause in Contracts

BUILDING LEASES. Global shall be reasonably satisfied --------------- with the terms of the leases of the Buildings. Seller shall have delivered to Global an Estoppel Certificate of the landlords of the Buildings to Global's lenders in the same form attached as Exhibit B --------- hereto, except as specifically waived by Global.

Seller The Sellers shall have delivered to Global an Estoppel Certificate of the landlords of the Buildings to Global's lenders in substantially the same form as the form attached as Exhibit B --------- hereto, except as --------- specifically waived by Global.
