Building Facility. The Board is responsible for the acquisition by either pur- chase or lease of a building facility that complies with all of the requirements of the Charter Con- tract and applicable law.

The Academy Board is responsible for the acquisition by either purchase or lease of a building facility that complies with all of the requirements of the Contract and applicable law The Academy Board is also responsible for the establishment of a capital reserve to support major maintenance and capital projects and for dedicating budget resources to support the facility’s maintenance and operation.

10.1. The Board and the Society will review facility needs and requirements in alignment with the relevant enrollment data and future forecast and goals on an annual basis.
