Common use of Building Closures Clause in Contracts

Building Closures. Federal holidays – New Year’s Day, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇. Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. Government Shutdowns – The government will provide immediate notice of any government shutdowns, or lapse of funding, which will adjust expected work. The Contractor may perform a cleaning prior to and immediately after a Government Shutdown. Other – Unpredictable or unknown events may cause the government to close the Cannonville Visitor Center. The government will provide immediate notification, when known, of any building closures to the Contractor. During this time, the BLM may deferred work schedules until a later date.
