Common use of Builder's Risk Coverage Clause in Contracts

Builder's Risk Coverage. The Contractor shall take out and maintain during the life of this Agreement a Builder's Risk Policy completed value form as a Cost of the Project, issued to provide coverages on an All- Risk basis, including theft. This coverage shall not be lapsed or cancelled because of partial occupancy by the Owner prior to final acceptance of the Project.

Builder's Risk Coverage. The Contractor Construction Manager shall take out and maintain during the life construction phase of this Agreement a Agreement. A Builder's ’s Risk Policy completed value form as a Cost cost of the Project, issued to provide coverages on an All- Risk basisall risk basis including but not limited to perils of fire, including theftvandalism, theft and those included in extended coverage in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the values at risk. This coverage shall not be lapsed or cancelled canceled because of partial occupancy by the Owner prior to final acceptance of the Project.
