Build Implementation Quality. Definition: Production builds (including System enhancements and modifications) fully meet agreed upon quality metrics. Every build will have established quality metrics approved as part of the requirements / design stages before development. The State and Contractor shall agree upon these metrics on expected reported defects from the State, county, and other end-users. This SLA has incentives for the vendor to deliver high quality production builds.
