Buffer Areas. For residential lots within the Project that are adjacent to the following subdivisions, there shall be minimum open space buffers, with allowance for above ground drainage facilities to protect adjacent property and control stormwater run-off, as follows: Legacy Trails: 45 feet Founders Ridge: 35 feet Springlake Estates: 25 feet ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Ranch Road: 25 feet The above-referenced buffers shall be owned and maintained by the District and/or a homeowners association.
