BUDGET AND PAYMENT. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Fluidigm shall support the Program by an aggregate grant to UABRF of [***], payable in [***] equal quarterly installments of [***] on or before the thirtieth (30th) day of each calendar quarter after the Effective Date.
