Common use of Brush Control Clause in Contracts

Brush Control. During each cycle, the Contractor shall cut and remove brush and plant growth up to two (2) inches in diameter and up to seven (7) feet height along retention area boundaries, developed or undeveloped lots or properties and along fence lines and walls so it does not encroach onto the County’s right-of- way/property. This work shall be performed in conjunction with the mowing cycle. The cost of brush control shall be included in the unit price bid for mowing.
