Bronze. Bronze PLQoS is a restorable Xxxxxxxx' Service, which can be preempted when capacity is needed for Platinum or Gold PLQoS. If Bronze PLQoS is preempted, the Service will be restored when excess capacity becomes available. Bronze PLQoS is offered as a Service level objective and therefore no Outage Credits will apply. Xxxxxxxx' Availability objective for Bronze PLQoS is 99.00%.

Bronze. As a Bronze partner the Business will be entitled to the following opportunities of promotion: • Inclusion of the Business' logo and a link to the Business' website on the official conference website (the logo to be provided by Business). * • One free attendee passes for the conference within the limit of available seats • Inclusion of one A4 or Letter sized pages of the Business' promotional material - optionally in a folder without bindings - in the conference packs for registered attendees (the paperwork to be provided by Business). • Permission for the Business to use the following endorsement: “Bronze Partner of PG DAY FRANCE 2017” on the Business' website or in any promotional materials or press releases that the Business sees fit. Cost for Bronze Partnership opportunities, as described above, is 400 €.
Bronze. Upon confirmation of warranty coverage and an apparent hardware defect by VTAC, a replacement unit will be shipped as quickly as reasonably possible via overnight express courier for next business day delivery to customer’s location. Upon shipment of the replacement unit, the warranty coverage will be transferred from the original unit to the replacement unit. If the original unit is not returned to VISUAL within fifteen days of shipment of the replacement, customer will be charged full price for the replacement unit. If the original unit is a “No Trouble Found” unit as described in Section 2.3 above, then the customer will be charged the Hardware Testing Fee described in Section 2.3, the original unit will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense and the customer will be charged full price for the replacement unit.

Bronze. This Letter of Agreement between the above named Sponsor and the Redwood Empire Chapter of the California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (“RECAMFT”) provides the terms and conditions of the “sponsorship.” RECAMFT plans, promotes and conducts various events for the benefit of its members and the community it serves. The event described above is one of these events. Sponsor has applied to sponsor the described event and RECAMFT has approved Sponsor’s participation as provided below. RECAMFT will provide the following sponsor support specific to the chosen sponsorship level.
