Common use of Brokers, Finders and Financial Advisors Clause in Contracts

Brokers, Finders and Financial Advisors. Neither Mid Penn nor any Mid Penn Subsidiary, nor any of their respective officers, directors, employees or agents, has employed any broker, finder or financial advisor in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement, or incurred any liability or commitment for any fees or commissions to any such person in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement except for the retention of Sandler X’Xxxxx + Partners, L.P. (“Sandler”) and the fee payable pursuant thereto.
