Common use of BROKER'S FEE Clause in Contracts

BROKER'S FEE. Tenant and Landlord each represent and warrant to the other that neither has had any dealings or entered into any agreements with any person, entity, broker or finder other than the persons, if any, listed in Section 1.20, in connection with the negotiation of this Lease, and no other broker, person, or entity is entitled to any commission or finder’s fee in connection with the negotiation of this Lease, and Tenant and Landlord each agree to indemnify, defend and hold the other harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees or liability for compensation or charges which may be claimed by any such unnamed broker, finder or other similar party by reason of any dealings, actions or agreements of the indemnifying party.

BROKER'S FEE. Tenant and Landlord each represent and warrant to the other that neither has had any dealings or entered into any agreements with any person, entityfirm, broker or finder (other than the persons, if any, listed persons whose names are set forth in Section 1.20, 1.9 above) in connection with the negotiation negotiations of this LeaseLease and/or the consummation of the transaction contemplated hereby, and no that it does not know of any other broker, broker or other person, firm or entity who is entitled to any commission or finder’s fee in connection with the negotiation of this Leasesuch transactions, and Tenant and Landlord each agree to indemnifyhereby defend, defend indemnify and hold the other harmless from and against any claims, damages, costs, expenses, attorneys’ fees or liability for compensation or charges which may be claimed by any such unnamed broker, finder or other similar party by reason of any dealings, dealings or actions or agreements of the indemnifying party.

Landlord shall pay any commission(s) due Broker identified in Section 1.15, according to separate agreement between Broker and Landlord.
