Brokers and Intermediaries. Except as set forth on Schedule 6.6, the Buyer has not employed any broker, finder, advisor or intermediary in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Stockholders Agreement which would be entitled to a broker’s, finder’s or similar fee or commission in connection therewith or upon the consummation thereof.
