Brokers and Advisers. (a) There are no claims for brokerage commissions, finder's fees, or similar compensation arising out of or due to any act of Zions Bancorp, Val Cor, or Valley in connection with the transactions contemplated by this Agreement or based upon any agreement or arrangement made by or on behalf of any of them.
