Common use of Brochure Clause in Contracts

Brochure. Purchaser represents and warrants that Purchaser has received, read and accepts the terms and conditions pertaining to the sale of the Property which may be set forth in an auction brochure (the “Brochure”), or on the auction website, ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, which terms and conditions are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of the Agreement and the terms and conditions of the Brochure, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control and prevail in all respects.
