Common use of Broader Coverage Clause in Contracts

Broader Coverage. If Lessee maintains broader coverage or higher limits than the minimum insurance requirements stated in Exhibit D, County shall be entitled to all such broader coverages and higher limits. All required insurance coverages shall provide primary coverage and not require contribution from any County insurance, self-insurance, or otherwise, which shall be in excess of and shall not contribute to the insurance required and provided by Lessee.
