Broad Form Coverage Sample Clauses

The Broad Form Coverage clause serves to extend insurance or contractual protection to a wider range of risks, losses, or parties than standard coverage provisions. In practice, this clause may include additional insureds, cover indirect or consequential damages, or encompass a broader array of perils, such as theft, vandalism, or third-party claims, that might otherwise be excluded. Its core function is to maximize the scope of protection, reducing potential gaps and ensuring that more scenarios are covered, thereby offering greater security and peace of mind to the parties involved.
