Bridge Specifications. The Engineer shall prepare any special provisions and special specifications necessary for inclusion in the PS&E package. Whenever possible, the Engineer shall use the State’s standard drawings, standard specifications, or previously approved special provisions and special specifications. The Engineer shall submit any specifications developed by the Engineer to the State for approval prior to inclusion in the PS&E package. CONSTRUCTION PHASE SERVICES 1.
