Common use of Bribes Clause in Contracts

Bribes. None of the Sellers or any Related Entity, nor, to Sellers' knowledge, any of their respective former or current officers, directors, employees, agents or representatives has made, directly or indirectly, with respect to the Selling Entities or the Business, any bribes or kickbacks, illegal political contributions, payments from corporate funds not recorded on the books and records of the Selling Entities, payments from corporate funds to governmental officials, in their individual capacities, for the purpose of affecting their action or the action of the government they represent, to obtain favorable treatment in securing business or licenses or to obtain special concessions, or illegal payments from corporate funds to obtain or retain business. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, none of the Sellers or any Related Entity have directly or indirectly made or agreed to make (whether or not said payment is lawful) any payment to obtain, or with respect to, sales other than usual and regular compensation to its employees and sales representatives with respect to such sales.
