Breakage Costs for Construction Advances Requested But Not Taken. If NAI requests but thereafter declines to accept any Construction Advance, or if NAI requests a Construction Advance that it is not permitted to take because of its failure to satisfy any of the conditions specified in subparagraph 4(C), BNPPLC will be entitled to add any resulting Breakage Costs to the Outstanding Construction Allowance and the Lease Balance.
