JOB FAMILY: OPERATIONS‌ Job Title: Manager, Production Support Job#: 2850 General Characteristics Manages the daily operations of the Production Support group. Develops and implements policies and procedures for the production support function which includes operator training and development, data center scheduling, installation and re-start and recovery procedures. Monitors and reports all production outages. Performs proactive analysis on all factors impacting high availability and service level attainment. Requires interaction with appropriate IT and business unit personnel. This position requires in-depth knowledge of computer operations, monitoring and control, systems recovery and production processing control.
