Common use of Breaches of Covenants Clause in Contracts

Breaches of Covenants. Any failure to perform or observe (A) in the case of any covenant or agreement of Company which by its terms relates to the time period after the Closing, any covenant or agreement of Company set forth in this Agreement or in any agreement delivered pursuant to this Agreement, (B) any covenant or agreement of Purchaser set forth in this Agreement or in any agreement delivered pursuant to this Agreement.

Breaches of Covenants. Any failure to perform or observe (A) in the case of any covenant or agreement of Company which to be performed by its terms relates to the time period after the Closing, any covenant or agreement of Company Shareholder set forth in this Agreement or in any agreement Closing Document or any document delivered pursuant to this Agreement, (B) any covenant or agreement of Purchaser set forth in this Agreement or in any agreement delivered pursuant to this Agreement.

Breaches of Covenants. Any failure to perform or observe (A) in the case of any covenant or agreement of Company which by its terms relates to the time period after prior to the Closing, any covenant or agreement of Company set forth in this 29 35 Agreement or in any agreement delivered pursuant to this Agreement, (B) any covenant or agreement of Purchaser Sellers set forth in this Agreement (other than the covenant or agreement set forth in Section 6.7) or in any agreement delivered pursuant to this Agreement.

Breaches of Covenants. Any failure to perform or observe (A) in the case of any covenant or agreement of to be performed by Company which by its terms relates to the time period after the Closing, any covenant or agreement of Company set forth in this Agreement or in any agreement delivered pursuant to this Agreement, (B) any covenant or agreement of Purchaser set forth in this Agreement or in any agreement document delivered to any Shareholder pursuant to this Agreement.
