Common use of Breach of other obligations Clause in Contracts

Breach of other obligations. the Issuer does not perform or comply with any one or more of its other obligations in the Bonds or the Trust Deed which default is incapable of remedy or, if in the opinion of the Trustee capable of remedy, is not remedied within 30 days after notice of such default shall have been given to the Issuer by the Trustee; or

Breach of other obligations. the Issuer does not perform or comply with any one or more of its other obligations in under the Bonds Notes or the Trust Deed which and such default is (i) is, in the sole opinion of the Trustee, incapable of remedy oror (ii) being a default which is, if in the sole opinion of the Trustee Trustee, capable of remedy, is not remedied within 30 sixty (60) days (or such longer period as the Trustee may agree in writing) after notice of such default shall have been given to the Issuer by the Trustee; or

Breach of other obligations. the Issuer does not perform or comply with any one or more of its other obligations in the Bonds Notes or the Trust Deed which default is incapable of remedy oris, if in the opinion of the Trustee Trustee, incapable of remedy, or if, in the opinion of the Trustee, capable of remedy, is not remedied within 30 45 days after notice of such default shall have been given to the Issuer by the Trustee; or

Breach of other obligations. the Issuer does not perform or comply with any one or more of its other obligations in under the Bonds or the Trust Deed Bonds, which default (i) is incapable of remedy or, (ii) if in the opinion of the Trustee it is capable of remedy, it is not remedied within 30 days after written notice of such default shall have been given to the Issuer by the Trustee; orBondholders;

Breach of other obligations. the The Issuer does not perform or comply with any one or more of its other obligations in the Bonds or Bonds, the Bond Trust Deed or any other Transaction Document which default is incapable of remedy or, if in the opinion of the Trustee capable of remedy, is not in the opinion of the Trustee remedied within 30 days after notice of such default shall have been given to the Issuer by the Trustee; or. A failure by the Issuer to comply with paragraphs (nn) to (vv) of Clause 14.1 of the Bond Trust Deed shall, in any event, be deemed to be incapable of remedy;

Breach of other obligations. the Issuer does not perform or comply with any one or more of its other obligations in under the Bonds (other than a No Registration Event which gives rise to a redemption pursuant to Condition 6(c)) or under the Trust Deed Deed, which default is incapable of remedy or, if in the opinion of the Trustee such default is capable of remedy, such default is not remedied within 30 45 days after the Trustee has given written notice of such default shall have been given thereof to the Issuer by the TrusteeIssuer; or
