Breach of other obligations. (a) An Obligor does not comply with any of Clauses 16.6 (Pari passu ranking), 16.7 (Negative pledge), 16.10 (Disposals), 16.11 (Acquisitions and mergers), 16.13 (Restricted Payments), 16.14 (Loans and guarantees), 16.19 (Share capital) or 17 (Financial Covenants).
