Common use of Breach of other obligations Clause in Contracts

Breach of other obligations. Borrower does not perform or comply with any one or more of its other obligations under this Agreement (other than those set forth in Section 8.1(a), (b) or (d) above) or under any other Loan Document and such failure to perform or comply shall not have been remedied within 30 days after the earlier of notice thereof to it by the Administrative Agent or the Majority Banks or discovery thereof by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower; or

Breach of other obligations. The Borrower does not perform or comply with any one or more of its other obligations under this Agreement (other than those set forth in Section 8.1(a), (b) or (d) above) or under any other Loan Document and such failure to perform or comply shall not have been remedied within 30 days after the earlier of (i) notice thereof to it by the Borrower from the Administrative Agent or the Majority Banks or discovery and (ii) actual knowledge thereof by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower; or

The Borrower does not perform or comply with any one or more of its other obligations under this Agreement (other than those set forth in Section 8.1(a), (b) or (d) above) or under any other Loan Document and such failure to perform or comply shall not have been remedied within 30 days after the earlier of (i) notice thereof to it by the Borrower from the Administrative Agent or the Majority Banks or and (ii) discovery thereof by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower; or

The Borrower does not perform or comply with any one or more of its other obligations under this Agreement (other than those set forth in Section 8.1(a9.1(a), (b) or (d) above) or under any other Loan Document and such failure to perform or comply shall not have been remedied within 30 days after the earlier of notice thereof to it by the Administrative Agent or the Majority Banks or discovery thereof by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower; or

The Borrower does not perform or comply with any one or more of its other obligations under this Agreement and liabilities (other than those set forth referred to in Section 8.1(a), Sub-Clause 14.1 (b) or (da) above) under this Agreement, or under any other Loan Document and such failure of the Security Documents to perform or comply shall which it is a party and, if in the opinion of the Lender that default is capable of remedy, it is not have been remedied within 30 seven (7) days after the earlier of notice thereof to it by the Administrative Agent or the Majority Banks or discovery thereof by a Responsible Officer of the Borrowerits occurrence; or
