Any of the Loan Parties shall default in the observance or performance of any covenant contained in (A) Section 8.1.5 [Visitation Rights] and such breach shall continue unremedied for a period of five (5) Business Days from the earlier to occur of (i) any Loan Party obtaining knowledge of the occurrence of such event and (ii) the date when notice to the defaulting party by the Administrative Agent is deemed effective hereunder or (B) Section 8.2 [Negative Covenants]; 9.1.4.
