Breach of Construction Commencement or Continuation Covenants. In the event Borrower fails to commence construction of improvements on any Lot within the time period specified in this Section or ceases construction for a period in excess of the limitations provided herein, said event shall constitute a breach of the covenant contained in this Section unless Lender otherwise agrees in writing or the same is resulting from one or more Force Majeure Event, in which case said delay shall not be for more than ninety (90) consecutive days.
