Common use of Breach of Certain Provisions Clause in Contracts

Breach of Certain Provisions. Failure of any Borrower to perform or comply with any term or condition contained in subparagraphs (A), (B), (C), (D), (E) and (F) of the Reporting Rider, in subsection 5.3, in subsection 5.4, in Section 6, or in Section 7; or

Failure of any Borrower to perform or comply with any term or condition contained in subparagraphs paragraphs (A), ) (B), (C), (D), (E) and (FC) of and (N)of the Reporting RiderRider and subsections, in subsection 5.3, 5.5 or 5.6 or contained in subsection 5.4Section 4, in Section 6, Section 7 or in Section 7the Financial Covenants Rider; or

Failure of any Borrower and/or ArvinMeritor, as applicable, to perform or comply with any term or condition contained in subparagraphs (A1), (B), (C), (D), (E2) and (F3) of the Reporting Rider, in subsection subsections 5.2(B) , 5.3, in subsection 5.45.5(B), in Section 65.6, 5.7, 5.9 or in Section 7; or
