Common use of Breach by Client Clause in Contracts

Breach by Client. 14.1 Time shall be of the essence for the performance by the client of any obligation under this agreement and the rules including, but not limited to, a breach of rule 11.50 14.2 The provisions of Rules 12.10 and 12.20 shall apply in case of any breach by the client of his or her obligations under this agreement.

Breach by Client. 14.1 Time shall be of the essence for the performance by the client of any obligation under this agreement and the rules including, but not limited to, a breach of rule 11.5011.50 of the Derivatives Rules and/or rule 10.100 of the Yield-X Rules. 14.2 The provisions of Rules 12.10 and 12.20 of the Derivatives Rules and/or rule 11.10 and 11.20 of the Yield-X Rules shall apply in case of any breach by the client of his or her obligations under this agreement.
