BRANDYWINE OP'S DELIVERIES. Brandywine OP shall have delivered to or for the benefit of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, on or before the Closing Date, all of the documents and payments required of Brandywine OP pursuant to SECTIONS 7.3 AND 7.4 hereof.
BRANDYWINE OP'S DELIVERIES. At the Closing, Brandywine OP shall deliver to Escrow Agent the following instruments, each of which shall have been duly executed and, where applicable, acknowledged and/or sworn on behalf of Brandywine OP and shall be dated as of the Closing Date:
BRANDYWINE OP'S DELIVERIES. (a) At the Closing, Brandywine OP shall deliver to Escrow Agent the balance of the Purchase Price described in Section 2.2(b) hereof. In addition, Brandywine OP shall pay $200,000.00 to the Limited Partner as provided in Section 2.2 (c).
(b) At the Closing, Brandywine OP shall deliver to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ the Assignment and Assumption Agreement duly executed by Brandywine OP.
(c) At the Closing, Brandywine OP shall deliver to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ any other document or instrument reasonably requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
BRANDYWINE OP'S DELIVERIES. (a) At the Closing, Brandywine OP shall deliver to Escrow Agent the cash portion of the Purchase Price described in SECTION 2.2(c) hereof.
(b) At the Closing, Brandywine OP shall deliver to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ the Assignment and Assumption Agreement, each Assignment of Ground Lease and the Assignment of Leases, duly executed by Brandywine OP.
(c) At the Closing, Brandywine OP shall deliver to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ any other document or instrument reasonably requested by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby.
BRANDYWINE OP'S DELIVERIES. At the Closing, Brandywine OP shall deliver to Escrow Agent all of the following instruments, each of which shall have been duly executed and shall be dated as of the Closing Date:
(a) The certificate required by SECTION 5.1(b) hereof.
(b) The Partnership Assignment and Assumption Agreement.
(c) The Management Agreement Assignment and Assumption Agreement (executed by BRSCO).
(d) The Termination Agreement executed by Brandywine OP and Baita.
