Common use of Branding Clause in Contracts

Branding. 5.2.1 Except as stated in Section 5.2.2, in providing Verizon Telecommunications Services to VarTec, Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to identify the Verizon Telecommunications Services with Verizon’s trade names, trademarks and service marks (“Verizon Marks”), to the same extent that these Services are identified with Verizon’s Marks when they are provided to Verizon’s Customers. Any such identification of Verizon’s Telecommunications Services shall not constitute the grant of a license or other right to VarTec to use Verizon’s Marks.

Branding. 5.2.1 Except as stated in Section 5.2.25.2.2 of this Attachment, in providing Verizon Telecommunications Services to VarTecMLTC, Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to identify the Verizon Telecommunications Services with Verizon’s trade names, trademarks and service marks (“Verizon Marks”), to the same extent that these Services are identified with Verizon’s Marks when they are provided to Verizon’s Customers. Any such identification of Verizon’s Telecommunications Services shall not constitute the grant of a license or other right to VarTec MLTC to use Verizon’s Marks.

Branding. 5.2.1 Except as stated in Section 5.2.2, in providing Verizon Telecommunications Services to VarTecDelta Phones, Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to identify the Verizon Telecommunications Services with Verizon’s trade names, trademarks and service marks (“Verizon Marks”), to the same extent that these Services are identified with Verizon’s Marks when they are provided to Verizon’s Customers. Any such identification of Verizon’s Telecommunications Services shall not constitute the grant of a license or other right to VarTec Delta Phones to use Verizon’s Marks.

Branding. 5.2.1 Except as stated in Section 5.2.25.2.2 of this Attachment, in providing Verizon Telecommunications Services to VarTecPW, Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to identify the Verizon Telecommunications Services with Verizon’s trade names, trademarks and service marks (“Verizon Marks”), to the same extent that these Services are identified with Verizon’s Marks when they are provided to Verizon’s Customers. Any such identification of Verizon’s Telecommunications Services shall not constitute the grant of a license or other right to VarTec PW to use Verizon’s Marks.

Branding. 5.2.1 Except as stated in Section 5.2.2, in providing Verizon Telecommunications Services to VarTecEqual Access, Verizon shall have the right (but not the obligation) to identify the Verizon Telecommunications Services with Verizon’s trade names, trademarks and service marks (“Verizon Marks”), to the same extent that these Services are identified with Verizon’s Marks when they are provided to Verizon’s Customers. Any such identification of Verizon’s Telecommunications Services shall not constitute the grant of a license or other right to VarTec Equal Access to use Verizon’s Marks.

Any such identification of Verizon’s Telecommunications Services shall not constitute the grant of a license or other right to VarTec RACC to use Verizon’s Marks.
