Livery. Each of the Aircraft shall be in the color scheme, including exterior paint and interior upholstery and appointments (“Livery”) of the Delta Connection Livery, as provided by Delta to Operator from time to time. Any changes to the initial Livery of any of the Aircraft shall be done on a schedule as mutually agreed by the parties, and at Delta’s cost.

18.1. Each Regular Contract Carrier is responsible to present their vehicle(s) in accordance with the livery requirements of PRS:
18.1.1. The livery requirements will be a white cabin body, PRS ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ (except for aluminum tippers that are not required to be painted), PRS green mudguards and each door is required to have affixed the PRS logo.
18.1.2. The PRS truck number must be clearly displayed on the front, rear and side doors of the vehicle. The black decal size should be approximately 10cm by 10cm.
18.2. PRS will supply the paint and logo decals at the time of signing this Agreement for the vehicles to conform to the livery requirements.
18.3. Livery costs of replacement, upgraded, assigned or repaired vehicles will be the responsibility of the Regular Contract Carrier.
Livery. The Hirer’s livery and insignia must remain displayed on the Equipment at all times.
Livery. A. The exterior surface of each LRV shall:
1. be painted;
2. not be adversely affected by cleaning or removal of graffiti;
3. have a graffiti resistant finish; and
4. be suitable for the frequent application and removal of vinyl’s and decals, including full body wraps, without damage or deterioration to the exterior surface/paint finish and decals.
B. All exterior surface finishes shall have a minimum Design Service Life of fifteen (15) years.
Livery. As of the date six months following the Repurchase Date (or such earlier date as may be specified by governmental or regulatory authority), Anesta shall not manufacture, package or release OT-fentanyl Products bearing Elan's name, logo and/or trademarks. Prior to such date, Anesta shall be permitted to manufacture, package and release OT-fentanyl Products that bear Elan's name, logo and/or trademarks. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties hereby agree that after such date, the Designated Purchasing Party may continue to sell any OT-fentanyl products from the Existing Inventory that bear Elan's name, logo and/or trademarks for as long as they are permitted to do so under applicable law. Solely for the purposes for which Anesta is permitted to use Elan's name, logo and/or trademarks pursuant to this Section 10.4(f), Elan shall grant to Anesta a non-exclusive, royalty free license in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany to such of Elan's trade marks as are used in the packaging of the OT-fentanyl Products as at the Repurchase Date, from the Repurchase Date until exhaustion or disposal of the said permissibly manufactured, packaged and/or released OT-fentanyl Products, it being understood that Anesta shall exhaust such stocks prior to selling OT-fentanyl Products without Elan's name, logo and trademarks. Elan shall retain all of its right, title and interest in and to its name, logo and/or trademarks. Subject to the foregoing paragraph, Anesta hereby confirms as of the Repurchase Date that it has no right, title or interest in Elan's name, logo and/or trademarks.".
Livery. (a) Unless specified to the contrary in clause 4.3 of the schedule, the hirer may apply, at its own cost, livery to the owner-driver’s vehicle in the manner as the hirer from time to time may require.
Livery. If requested by Amazon, the applicable Carrier will have individual Hawaiian Aircraft subject to an ACMI Work Order painted or wrapped (as applicable) in Amazon livery on a schedule to be mutually agreed between the Parties, provided that Amazon will be responsible for: (a) providing the paint or wrap scheme; and (b) reimbursement in accordance with Section 2.6 for the direct cost of painting or wrapping and repainting or wrap removal (as applicable) after the Hawaiian Aircraft is done providing Services under an ACMI Work Order.
