Livery. Each of the Aircraft shall be in the color scheme, including exterior paint and interior upholstery and appointments (“Livery”) of the Delta Connection Livery, as provided by Delta to Operator from time to time. Any changes to the initial Livery of any of the Aircraft shall be done on a schedule as mutually agreed by the parties, and at Delta’s cost.
Livery. The Lessee’s livery and markings shall be completely removed from the Aircraft;

Livery. The livery of the leased property comes into effect through this act, existing complete satisfaction regarding the terms of this contract by the leaseholder. FOURTH: lease rent. One.- The monthly lease rent will be the sum equivalent in Chilean pesos to one thousand one-hundred and seventy-three coma zero six-hundred and fifty-two Unidades de Fomento (UF) [1 UF = U$26.5]. Two. The rents stipulated will be paid on maturity dates directly in the offices of SANTANDER FACTORING S.A.
Livery. As of the date six months following the Repurchase Date (or such earlier date as may be specified by governmental or regulatory authority), Anesta shall not manufacture, package or release OT-fentanyl Products bearing Elan's name, logo and/or trademarks. Prior to such date, Anesta shall be permitted to manufacture, package and release OT-fentanyl Products that bear Elan's name, logo and/or trademarks. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the parties hereby agree that after such date, the Designated Purchasing Party may continue to sell any OT-fentanyl products from the Existing Inventory that bear Elan's name, logo and/or trademarks for as long as they are permitted to do so under applicable law. Solely for the purposes for which Anesta is permitted to use Elan's name, logo and/or trademarks pursuant to this Section 10.4(f), Elan shall grant to Anesta a non-exclusive, royalty free license in the United Kingdom, Ireland and Germany to such of Elan's trade marks as are used in the packaging of the OT-fentanyl Products as at the Repurchase Date, from the Repurchase Date until exhaustion or disposal of the said permissibly manufactured, packaged and/or released OT-fentanyl Products, it being understood that Anesta shall exhaust such stocks prior to selling OT-fentanyl Products without Elan's name, logo and trademarks. Elan shall retain all of its right, title and interest in and to its name, logo and/or trademarks. Subject to the foregoing paragraph, Anesta hereby confirms as of the Repurchase Date that it has no right, title or interest in Elan's name, logo and/or trademarks.".
Livery. 13.1 The Operator shall maintain livery (which includes the colour scheme of the interior and exterior of the railway rolling stock, the interior and exterior of stations, public buildings and other facilities provided by the Operator) to the standard specified in Schedule 3. The Operator must obtain the prior consent of Greater Wellington to any change to the livery.
Livery. If requested by Amazon, the applicable Carrier will have individual Hawaiian Aircraft subject to an ACMI Work Order painted or wrapped (as applicable) in Amazon livery on a schedule to be mutually agreed between the Parties, provided that Amazon will be responsible for: (a) providing the paint or wrap scheme; and (b) reimbursement in accordance with Section 2.6 for the direct cost of painting or wrapping and repainting or wrap removal (as applicable) after the Hawaiian Aircraft is done providing Services under an ACMI Work Order.

Livery. (a) Unless specified to the contrary in clause 4.3 of the schedule, the hirer may apply, at its own cost, livery to the owner-driver’s vehicle in the manner as the hirer from time to time may require. (b) Any livery that is provided by the hirer and that can be removed in reusable form will remain the hirer’s property and may be removed by the hirer at any time at the hirer’s expense. Any damage to the owner-driver’s vehicle caused by such removal shall be repaired at the hirer’s expense. (c) The owner-driver will care for the livery in the manner directed by the hirer and will indemnify the hirer for any cost of repair or replacement of the livery damaged by the owner-driver’s negligent or wilful conduct. (d) The hirer will arrange for the removal of the livery at the conclusion or termination of this contract, at the hirer’s expense. (e) Where livery is removed or replaced under this clause, the hirer will do so as soon as reasonably practicable, at a time agreed with the owner-driver, and will ensure that the arrangements do not unduly prevent the owner-driver from earning income. (f) The owner-driver will refund to the hirer fifty percent of the installation costs if this contract is terminated either at the initiative of the owner-driver or for reason of fundamental breach of this contract by the owner-driver, where the termination occurs within twelve months of installation of the livery. Such cost may be deducted from moneys owed to the owner-drive, provided that it is properly accounted for by the hirer. (g) In this sub-clause “installation costs” means the costs of the labour and of incidental and non- recoverable materials (such as paint and decals) of installing the livery, but does not include costs of any materials that can be recovered and re-used (such as tarpaulins).
