Common use of BPM Clause in Contracts

BPM. Owner gives BPM the exclusive right to manage real and personal property (collectively “property”) described below beginning , and ending on and shall remain in effect on a calendar year basis, expiring on the 31st day of December thereafter. Notwithstanding the above, BPM reserves the right to terminate this contract immediately if BPM determines that the safety or welfare of the tenant is, or will be in the future, adversely affected by any action or any and all inactions of owner.
