BPA CEILING. The overall BPA ceiling value is $200,000.00. The Government does not guarantee that the total volume of work will be that amount.
BPA CEILING. The ceiling for this Blanket Purchase Agreement is $9.58 million. There is no minimum guarantee.
BPA CEILING. BPA Ceiling is defined within the agreement. The ceiling can be increased/decreased at any time by the CO via a bilateral modification to meet current/future needs. Such instances can include COVID-19, national disasters, and/or any instance/reason the Government determines the need for increased/decreased lodging services are needed.

  • Ceiling Company and its subcontractors will not affix, attach, or suspend any lighting fixtures, signs, or other fixtures or devices of any kind or nature from the ceiling above any of the Premises without the prior written approval of Authority.

  • PRICE CEILING Although Contractor may offer lower prices to Purchasers, during the term of this Contract, Contractor guarantees to provide the Services at no greater than the prices set forth in Exhibit B – Prices for Services.

  • Ceilings 13.1 Lambdaboard ceilings, minimum 25mm thick with a width of 1220mm x 1800mm, skimmed with Plascon EZ Joint and EZ Skim system. 13.2 Cornices to be Nucornice polystyrene core cove cornice as per Everite or similar approved. ▇▇▇▇ Shadow line cornices will be at extra cost if required.

  • Shift Differentials 18.1 Employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 1400 and 2159 hours shall receive a shift differential of seventy-five cents (75¢) per hour, and employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of eighty cents (80¢) per hour. Effective January 1, 2005, for employees whose regularly assigned shifts commence between 2200 and 0559 hours shall receive a shift differential of one dollar ($1) per hour. Overtime shall not be calculated on the shift differential nor shall the shift differential be paid for paid absence from duty such as vacations, general holidays, etc.

  • Maximum Drawing Amount The maximum aggregate amount that the beneficiaries may at any time draw under outstanding Letters of Credit, as such aggregate amount may be reduced from time to time pursuant to the terms of the Letters of Credit.
