Common use of Borrowing Request Clause in Contracts

Borrowing Request. Except as provided in Section 3.3, the Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Request or, as applicable, an Application. Each borrowing by and issuance of a Letter of Credit on behalf of the Borrower hereunder shall constitute a representation and warranty by the Borrower as of the date of such extension of credit (including any issuance, or increase in the amount of, any Letter of Credit) that the conditions contained in Section 4.2 (a) and (b) have been satisfied on and as of the date of the applicable extension of credit.

Borrowing Request. Except as provided in Section 3.3, the Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Request or, as applicable, an Application.
