Common use of Borrowing Notice Clause in Contracts

Borrowing Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Notice in accordance with Section 2.01(a)(ii) duly executed and delivered by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

Borrowing Notice. The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Notice in accordance with Section 2.01(a)(ii2.01(b)(ii) requesting the Borrowing of the Tranche B Loan duly executed and delivered by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower and the Borrower’s updated Schedules to this Agreement (if any), in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Notice in accordance with Section 2.01(a)(ii) duly executed counterpart of an appropriately completed borrowing notice pursuant to Section 2.2 in the form of Exhibit B (as such form may be amended or modified from time to time upon agreement by the Borrower and delivered by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent., a "Borrowing Notice"). Each Borrowing Notice shall include the following:

The Administrative Agent shall have received a Borrowing Notice in accordance with Section 2.01(a)(ii) duly respect of the Incremental Tranche B-1 Term Loans, executed and delivered by a Responsible Officer duly authorized officer of the Borrower, in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent.

The Administrative Agent shall have received a completed Notice of Borrowing Notice in accordance executed by the Borrower and otherwise complying with the requirements of Section 2.01(a)(ii) duly executed and delivered by 2.2, including a Responsible Officer flow of the Borrower, in form and substance satisfactory to funds or any similar direction documentation that the Administrative AgentAgent may reasonably require.
