Common use of Borrowing Documents Clause in Contracts

Borrowing Documents. In the case of any request for a Loan, the Agent shall have received a copy of each of the following: (a) the request for a Loan required by Section 2.6 in the form of Exhibit I hereto, fully completed; and (b) the Compliance Certificate and the Guarantor's Compliance Certificate required by clauses (iii) and (iv) of Section 2.6 prepared in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Agent.

Borrowing Documents. In the case of any request for a Loan, the Agent shall have received a copy of each of the following: (a) 11.6.1. the request for a Loan required by Section 2.6 in the form of Exhibit I hereto, fully completed; and (b) 11.6.2. the Compliance Certificate and the Guarantor's Compliance Certificate required by clauses (iii) and (iv) of Section 2.6 prepared in a manner reasonably acceptable to the Agent.
