Common use of Borrower Sublimits Clause in Contracts

Borrower Sublimits. Borrower shall only be entitled to receive Advances under the Revolving Credit Facility based upon Availability determined by Borrower’s Eligible Accounts and the value of the cash in the Pledged Account.
