Borrower STID Clause Samples

Borrower STID. The provisions of this Agreement shall take effect subject to the terms and conditions of the Borrower STID. If there is any conflict between the provisions of the Borrower STID and the provisions of this Agreement, the provisions of the Borrower STID shall prevail.
