V., a company incorporated in the Netherlands with number 34112761 of the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce of Amsterdam with its registered office located at 1077 Z X A▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (▇▇▇ “Licensor”). The Licensor is intending to change its name to CASCAL N.V. within the next 30 days; and
CASCAL B. V. a company incorporated in The Netherlands, having its corporate seat In Amsterdam and with file reference 34112761 of the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce of Amersfoort (“Cascal BV”). IT IS AGREED as follows:
