Common use of Borrower Responsible for Borrowing by Receiver Clause in Contracts

Borrower Responsible for Borrowing by Receiver. Any money borrowed by the Receiver from the Lender, and any interest charged on that money and all the costs of borrowing, will form part of the Indebtedness and will bear interest at the rate and to be paid with the frequency provided under the applicable terms upon which such money was borrowed.
