Borrower Notification. With respect to any ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s claim for compensation for any amounts under Section 2.13 or this Section 2.14, the Borrower shall not be required to compensate such Lender for the interest and penalties with respect to such amounts if such Lender notifies the Borrower of the event that gives rise to such claim more than 180 days after such event (to the extent that such interest and penalties accrue more than 180 days after such event).
