Borrower Compliance. In no event shall Collateral Administrator have any duty to determine whether the Assets held or disposed by it in accordance with this Agreement comply with any statutory or regulatory requirements of any jurisdiction or governmental body or, except as expressly provided herein, any rules governing investments of the Borrower.
