Common use of Borrower Acknowledgments Clause in Contracts

Borrower Acknowledgments. In the event that any Borrower is marketing its own Bankers’ Acceptances in accordance with Section 2.05(f), such Borrower hereby agrees that it shall make its own arrangements for the marketing and sale of the Bankers’ Acceptances to be issued hereunder and that the Tranche 2 Lenders shall have no obligation nor be responsible in that regard.
