Booking Rescheduling Policy. You may reschedule your booking through the App up to (24 hours) before your scheduled "Pick-Up Time", without being subject to any additional charge or penalty. Requests to reschedule a booking less than (24 hours) from the confirmed "Pick-Up Time" will be subject to a reschedule charge, which will be equivalent to 1 day's rate for rental period of (1 day) or more and will be calculated at the rate specified for the revised "Pick-Up Date". Half day and hourly rentals rescheduled less than (24 hours) of the confirmed "Pick-Up Time" are not applicable and you will be charged for the full rental duration.
