Booking Request. 4.1. Where the Customer wishes The Company to undertake a Transfer it will submit a Booking Request either: (i) following a Booking Enquiry or (ii) without having first submitted a Booking Enquiry. 4.2. The Booking Request will be in a format made available by The Company and which may be amended by The Company from time to time.
