Booking of Eurodollar Rate Loans. The Lender may make, carry or transfer Eurodollar Rate Loans at, to, or for the account of, any of its branch offices, agencies or the office of an Affiliate of the Lender; provided, however, the Lender shall not be entitled to receive any greater amount under Section 2.02(vi) or 2.06(vii) hereof as a result of the transfer of any such Equipment Line of Credit/Term Loan than the Lender would be entitled to immediately prior thereto unless (a) such transfer occurred at a time when circumstances giving rise to the claim for such greater amount did not exist and were not reasonably foreseeable in the view of the Lender and (b) such claim would have arisen even if such transfer had not occurred.
