However, such tools shall be designed to be intuitive in use. 4.13.5 The Supplier shall provide an Offline Booking service via a call centre, whereby bookings can be made either by telephone, facsimile or email. The Supplier shall provide an emergency Out of Hours/After Hours telephone booking service. 4.13.6 As a minimum requirement each Vehicle Order shall specify: 4.13.6.1 the Contracting Authority(s) hiring the Vehicle; 4.13.6.2 the cost centre; 4.13.6.3 the name, staff / service number and email of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇; 4.13.6.4 the name, staff / service number of the main Driver and the names of any additional Drivers;
