Book Pages. The Contractor shall use paper stock referred to as "Custom Plus" manufactured by Nexfor Fraser Papers Inc. or the equivalent as approved by the Agency. However, the paper stock must meet all of the following requirements:
a. Size. The size must be 7.25" X 10.50" finished.
b. Color. The color must be neutral.
c. Finish. The finish must be English and smooth.
